The location was comfortable and perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Sciworks Science Museum. It was located in a very nice area very close to the mountains and many stores/restaurants in Winston-Salem. Had a really good stay on the second night.

Continental breakfast was suppose to be included but they stopped it but never notified me.

The breakfast options in the dining room were great. The double room was immaculate and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, just off the beach. Fresh food was available.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a coffee machine in the room. Great pool, parking on-site. The fast check-in process too. Fantastic overall experience...

Enjoyed a really great stay during the second night of my visit here. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the king suite even has a smart TV! 📺 I also loved the cool bar area.

Major renovation under way so no pool, no fitness center and the breakfast was hardly a breakfast at all. Minimalist food and beverages. Nice location but construction and big time lack of amenities.

The entire hotel was under construction so there was no restaurant, pool, etc. but it was very clean and the staff was great!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree By Hilton Winston Salem - University. The hotel has a great location near the airport, which was very convenient for my flight. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and friendly. Additionally, having on-site parking was a plus.

Rooms were decent with our first night seeing a dead roach. Not bad

When you see hotel it says remodeling lobby but doesn't say that the pool is under construction, that there is no breakfast, or workout facility. False advertising. We didn't get any free breakfast and we could get in pool because it was under construction, the workout was not there due to construction. We had to find a place to eat breakfast for our stay. No vending machines. Also on our first day on the dressir lay a dead roach. Wifi is terrible and kept cutting off

Room was very nice.

No bulbs in lamps, WiFi very weak and sporactic, a granola bar is not a breakfast, no coffee made. I can excuse the construction mess, but the above issues were very inconvenient.
